Last updated: 6 October 2026. These terms describe the standard $49/month OFFLOAD Core ongoing service. A project-specific agreement can override them if clearly stated.
What the monthly service covers
The standard recurring service covers hosting, routine maintenance and personal support for the delivered OFFLOAD website and booking setup. It does not automatically include major redesigns, new custom features, third-party usage charges or add-ons that were not part of the original scope.
Recurring billing and renewal
The standard plan renews monthly until cancelled. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the disclosed monthly charge to the payment method used or otherwise authorized. The current standard public price is $49 USD per month.
How to cancel
Email support@getsoffload.com from the project email and request cancellation. We recommend doing so before the next renewal date. Once a cancellation is confirmed, future standard renewal charges stop after the current paid period unless an outstanding authorized amount remains due.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may ask you to update the payment method and may pause hosting or support after reasonable notice if the account remains unpaid. We will not intentionally create hidden recurring charges after confirmed cancellation.
What happens after cancellation
Ongoing hosting, maintenance and support end with the paid service period unless another arrangement is made. Any handover, export, code ownership or migration right is determined by the original project scope and Terms of Service. Third-party services you own directly may continue under their own billing arrangements.
Refunds
Cancellation and refund are different. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 3-month guarantee for eligible new customers.
